# Claim management

The **Claims** section in the OrderArmor Shipping Protection app provides a centralized interface for managing all insurance claims related to your orders. Here, you can view and handle claims at various stages of processing, with the ability to filter them based on their current status:<br>

* **All:** Displays all claims, regardless of status.
* **Filed:** Shows claims that have been formally submitted but not yet processed.
* **In Progress:** Lists claims that are currently being evaluated or addressed.
* **Reorder:** Shows claims that have resulted in a reorder of products.
* **Refund:** Displays claims where a refund has been issued.
* **Other:** Categorizes claims that do not fit into the standard types listed above.<br>

This comprehensive view ensures that you can efficiently track and manage claims, providing timely support and resolutions to your customers.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://script-and-theory.gitbook.io/order-armor-shipping-protection-docs/claim-management.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
