In customer groups we can create multiple customer groups according to the discounts rules and want to give discounts to the numbers of customers.
Group name: You can set the name of the group.
Discount Percentage: You are able to set the discount (%).
Customer Tag: You can add the tag here and on the basics of tags automatically the customer will be sync in our app and also you are able to assign a new tag to the customer from there. Customers added to this group will be automatically marked with this tag.
Payment terms: In which if we checked the “Enable Net Terms for Group” it will give you options to select the available Net term day option of wholesale customers. So as a store merchant you can also add the more net term options from “All in one commerce > B2B & Wholesale > Net terms” Also if you marked checked to ‘Require deposit on orders created at checkout’ then it mean you want from customer to add some percentage of order first and remaining will be pay according to net term days.
Minimum requirements: If have some more optional restriction for that customer group “Minimum purchase amount” and “Minimum order quantity”.
Important Note: We have different type of discounts for wholesaler customer products can come from different scenarios. Like Customer Groups, Price Lists, and Detailed Pricing but in which we are prioritizing the discount for product like this format Detailed Pricing, Price Lists and then Customer Group. For example: a product is belonging to Customer Group, Pricing Listing and also in Detailed Pricing. So it is possible for this product having different discounts for the same product. So we will give priority to discounts like this order Detailed Pricing, Price Lists and Customer Groups.
